Day 1
I did well with the food,1225 cals and at least I´m not feeling hungry, I had my pm snack then 2 hours later work out and then dinner. now I have to prepare meals for tomorrow and then go to bed.
my macros, and this is the part that I really would like some help. I did
52% fat, coming from eggs, coconut oil, almonds and pork loin

22% carbs
26% protein,

I really will llike to see if that´s ok should I eat more protein and less carbs.
the carbs I did today was quinoa, and the ones coming from the veggies: spinach, bell peppers, carrots and from the creamer in my coffee.

there are lots of good macro calculators online... just depends on what your goals are and what plan you are following. I am LCHF and I try to keep my macros at 5-10% carbs, 70% fat, and 20-25% protein. You'll get lots of different opinions here, but tons of support for whatever plan works for you. good luck!!

Thanks for that, I´ll search online what is the best for me, I should eat low carb, due to insulin resistance, but I really would like to loose weight from fat and I´ve read that you get that eating good fats and lifting with intense cardio.

Noreen, have a look at The Obesity Code (Dr. Fung) - he has a lot of information on dealing with insulin resistance. Dietary suggestions are made, but it's not really a diet book. I'm finding it very helpful.
