I'm thinking I was dehydrated and this is as one off.... I'll check again tomorrow. I'm worried that I'm not eating enough. don't want to screw up my metabolism with poor eating. my issue is I'm not tracking calories and eating sporadically when I have free time. my meals feel fairly dense calorie wise but since I'm not tracking i have no idea if my deficit is too harsh. got to get back in track. I wouldn't want a small weight loss to turn into a terrible rebound.
178.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Thanks! I carb'd up and got back up to 180.3, but to just get below 180 is like a dream come true...I'm fired up to try to push it below and keep it below.
