I dusted off my old rowing machine last night and give it a try. It felt good and I went for 15 minutes. It was a bit boring but that's because it's out in the garage and I only had the radio and it was mostly commercials. But I will definitely hang out with the rowing machine again. After the 15 minutes, I felt energized and did a few pushups and lunges. Then I watered the garden! It was a very hot and humid day and while I was watering there was lots of rumblings in the sky which yielded a 5 minute rain shower. We need some much more though! My parents live a 15 minute drive away and they didn't get any. The poor soybean fields, they so need some rain. Hopefully it will come soon!
