I'm not sure, but I think I've hit a plateau. I work out 5-6 days a week, and eat a really lean diet (high protein - low carbs). The only fats I have are almonds, avocados, and olive oil. Not sure what I'm doing wrong... :(
147.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week

Your doing great! Concentrate more on how you feel. Working out that much had to have you feeling good! That plateau will pass. But if you lost weight, of say this doing well!

Staying the same weight for a few days or more is normal. If you stay the same for a few weeks, you know your on a plateau. You look like you are losing fine. You don't have much to lose, so it may come off slower than someone with 50 pounds or more. So keep going and you will get there.
