Been cutting out the carbs for 4 days now and have some success yay! Probably mostly water weight at this stage but it's still encouraging to see the scales go down hehe.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 48.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
