Would like to get off the shelf and start dropping weight again. Couple of things must change for that to happen.
1) Stop the craziness of overeating yellows! (#21dayfix) 2) Get more rest (working late and starting working early) 3) Stop the caffeine (Due to trying to catch-up, fell back on caffeine to get me through the day only to fall into bed at night just exhausted. 4) STICK.TO.THE.#21DAYFIX. PLAN.
Other than that, I'm great. And up in weight again. :(
