Am I the only one that as soon as something good happens my bad habits creep back up? I finally finally land under my 170 plateau on my devil scale, and then I go to a holiday party and i have cupcakes and the yummiest cheese dip ever. I managed to maneuver to the other side of the room as well as avoid the McDonald's and 99cent pizza temptations on the way to my friends house so I will give myself credit there. I didn't drink much either which was another good thing considering my friend is a bartender so ultd. free drinks is always on the menu. The next day when I went home though I indulged in so much junk I can't even type it I'm so ashamed lol. Thank god I don't have to get on the scale as its that time of the month, but it's monday and I'm back on track 110%. I haven't seen my friends one since my bday in August and the other in about 6 weeks so it was great to see them and get showered w. compliments (OMG I'm so not vain lol). It just means a lot when my bff/sister/college roommate tells me how good I look b/c she knows how hard I work and how big i've been lol.

A week from today I will hopefully be getting my 'skinny' picture w. Robin Thicke...I hope this counts as putting it into the universe to happen and not me jinxing myself! I really want to wear my liquid leggings, but depending on how cold it is, we'll see how that pans out.

Just enjoy the compliments with a big grin from ear to ear. I think we've all slipped into bad habits when the scales drop nicely.
