Hi Everyone , I just wanted to update my journal because of yesterday when I mentioned I had ate 2 pieces of pizza with my family. Well I gained a 1/2 lb it just goes to show you how fast it adds up but sure is hard and long to take it off .

We should be able to indulge at least once a week, especially with great company like family! Don't sweat it (or DO, in the gym ;D), and keep moving in the forward direction! Love that you are logging daily with weight and journal entries, it helps to be able to go back and trace your steps as well as see your trends so you can learn from them and build a happier YOU! (Snagged your muffin pizza recipe too, gonna have to try it, looks delicious!) =)
