must be a gift for my birthday :) that's what i'm attributing the weight loss to. well, that and the fact that i didn't binge yesterday! that era is officially behind me now. promised myself that i'd stop from my birthday. even if i do eat a bit more than i plan to, i will not allow it to uncontrollably descend into a binge. those days really are behind me. woohoo!
