i binged again :( because i was hungry. i think if it happens again, though, i'm just going to eat oats. it may put me over by 200 calories, but that is still less than a binge.
105.6 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
