I've recently discovered that i'm pregnant now and so i'm making changes to my diet and RDI. I'm going to try and eat 1300 calories daily instead of the previous 900. I've been wanting to stay away from sugary caffeinated drinks like Mountain Dew, but it's really difficult for me right now. Using this app again I can see exactly what i'm putting into my body and I really hope it will help me recognize my mistakes.°˖✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧˖°

Eating healthy and exercising for a healthy pregnancy is awesome. Just make sure you get the right amount of calories needed for your growing baby. I would check with doctor as you go along. You really only need a few hundred calories extra a day. Good luck!
