i did overeat yesterday :( seems i can't be around trigger foods at all. so maybe daily treats won't work, since they seem to encourage binge eating. well from now until the end of november, my goal will be to track everything i eat without binging. so every crumb that goes into my mouth. i'll try to stick to 1200 but it won't be mandatory. the goal is to not binge.
105.8 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
