Couple of falters but I'm back to my last weigh in now. Haven't weighed in for a while but will do on Friday, hopefully there'll be a couple more pounds to lose by then.

Just been looking at my history on this thing, a lot of it is a blur but it's nice to know that I'm at a three year low. Onward and downward.

I sometimes think that the farther we can look back upon those changes - the stronger the support that perspective gives you. Also saw your comment on the other post about the food log. I'm glad everyone chimed in and that you're feeling more chipper now. :)
