I went for a hike yesterday that took almost 2 hours. Lots of steep hills going up and down. Sweating like crazy the whole time and many times had a pounding heart. It was a really good hike! Funny part is my teenage daughter was doing worse than my husband and I ,lol. She needs to get out more. My 9 yr old son did great though. It was an awesome day and I'm hoping to go again next weekend.
