Funny thing about me... The more I utilize my hands to create food that tastes delicious, the less likely I am to graze throughout the day. That being said, I think I am going to go make some treats for my family. Whisking egg whites to a peak for my cupcakes is a GREAT workout and I love being able to substitute Stevia for sugar.

I make a plan of attack for the baked goods I make so even when I am done, I don't pig out on them. If I do not have a place for them to go or a place to put them away out of sight, I do not take the time.
