well i was expecting my weight to be up on account of the pork dinner. did overeat yesterday again, but it was different. i ate slower and not until i got too full. as i was eating, i realised i could have everything i was eating, if i wanted it. and i decided that from now on, i will have a 200 calorie treat a day, or add them to a main meal for a richer option. i feel like i've turned a corner :) and i'm feeling good about it.
