was definitely suffering from water weight yesterday because i binged but still lost weight actually woke up at 2am for a binge this morning :( never done that before. hope it never happens again. gonna stick to the plan for the rest of today, though. expecting my weight to be up again tomorrow from water weight because im having the salty stir fry for lunch and pork for dinner. hopefully knowing it will happen will prevent me from getting despondent.
104.1 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
