Spent the weekend in Sun City and needless to say, my healthy eating plan suffered since Friday night.

I decided to start with damage control today, 24hr fast since 5pm yesterday, 16:8 and 4:3 for the rest of the week. Exercise from tomorrow!

I hope that the week goes well for everyone, Mondays seem to be the hardest after a binge weekend. Good luck guys!

lekker sun city nogals , I so wish . I'm glad you had fun, on holidays the diet will always take a back seat and thats fine as long as you start clean again , like you did . well done.

Fatgirl2fit...one weekend is not going cancel out all your hard work. You already got your damage control plan of action...am sure this week will be good. Hope you enjoyed Sun City...haven't been there in ages! Hope the 24 hour fast went well and have an awesome week:-)
