After a rough weekend at work, my food and carb consumption sky rocketed. I managed an hour of exercise yesterday to help with the stress but I still ended up binging all evening.

I hope that I find my inspiration on fat secret to get through to todays fast day.

If you doing 24 hours without food and only eating at supper time then try keeping your supper to +/-500 calories. It will give you a better rate of weight/fat loss. It's not hard, you just have to be clever with what you eat for supper so that you get full without exceeding the calories.

I am doing exactly that BBO. I stick to under 500 cals on my fast days, with a 24 hours fast. It has worked really well so far, this is my 3rd week and the results are fantastic.

I'm so proud of you FG2F :D There's so many variations that one can try and its good to see that you have found one that you are comfortable with and see results from it :) Keep it up! Try adding a low carb day (carbs under 50g) to your weekdays if you have not already done so :)

BBO, I am doing under 50g of carbs. On weekends I go over, however i noticed my biggest drop when I got through 7 days with less than 50g of carbs, so I am trying to commit to that. LCFF, I will post one the moment I get under the 60 mark :D
