Finally found a path off of my plateau. Now to follow the path.

Seems to be: no sweets, not a nibble! Restrict carbs to under 50g/day! Tight portion control! Stay out of commercial eateries!

Maybe also helping: No diet sodas, increased water intake (still less than some recommend).

That looks like a good plan. Hang in there! I'm doing LCHF, so I keep my carbs under 20/day. 50 seems extravagant to me! LOL
