i'm trying really hard not to freak out about my weight gain. i didn't binge eat yesterday, but i did have indian (restaurant) food and made a stir fry with a lot of soy sauce, so much of this is water retention for sure. for now, i've decided to focus on just not binge eating. my goal is 800 calories a day, but not a big deal if i go over that, as long as i stop binging. i think i'll do that for the rest of this year at least, then revisit the weight loss issue next year.
