So, I had a great doctors visit on Wednesday. (needed ro renew my prescription) He tested my sugar and my blood pressure and said it was all great. I told him that I stopped my glucophage and just wanted to check if it was all still ok. He said that it was great that I was doing the whole lifestyle change and tjat is what helped me to successfully stop my diabetes meds and stil stay within the recommended numbers. and at the rate I'm going pretty soon I will be able to stop one of my blood pressure tablets too... I am SO happy and it just gave me some much needed renewed motivation.
196.2 lb Lost so far: 57.3 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
