Still standing still, but have started to do my 2 week "diet" again. just to give my metabolism a kick start. So lets see what happens. im doing I alone this time round but I know I have the will power to stick with it.
196.2 lb Lost so far: 57.3 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
