HELP ANYONE!!!

Lately I have been experiencing abdominal muscle cramps. It switches to different ones and sometimes they are multiple in different muscles. I feel like the guy in Alien in the scene where the alien bursts out of the guys stomach, minus the alien of course. Maybe is due to low potassium or too much abdominal exercises. My question to all is: Have you ever had these muscle cramps before? If so, what did you do to prevent them from coming back. I am currently using my Spectro Chrome therapy and it is working but wish to know what other options are available. Since I am sick and I am coughing alot, it does not help my abdominals, when I cough.

Thanks

I usually drink a little of the vinegar from the dill pickles. It helps me. Are you getting enough sodium?

Hi SheaDiady, Sodium is not an issue for me since I consume plenty of it daily, minus this week since I am on a mostly liquid diet and I drink ACV regularly with my coffee. Maybe Magnesium might be an issue with me. Do you know what fruits or vegetables have magnesium? Hi Redgirl1974, regarding passing gas, believe me, I am a gas machine, since I love cheddar cheese and I know it is the cause of me having gas, but if you are refering that the gas might be causing the abdominal muscle cramps, I can assure you they are not. I had gas pains in my youth, and believe me, you don't want them. Can you imagine the gas that seeps out of the digestion track and is in between your inner body and the organs? I had so much that it was crushing my lungs. that is why you should never be ashamed of passing gas, since by doing so, you will prevent any buildup that could possibly sepp out into the outside of your digestive system and cause you unimaginable pain just breathing.

Ok I am going to back the Magnesium theory. I too get muscle cramps, and the abbs are a BAD spot for me. That and my hamstrings. Best bet is to on top of taking a magnesium supplement go buy a bag of Epsom Salts.(Magnesium Sulphate) And bathe in it. That's WAY good for getting your magnesium up out of low ranges. Say good bye cramps.

I live in Peru in the second largest city of that country. If I was in the States, a quick trip to any walgreens, CVS drug store, would solve that issue. I will look around for tablets, but does anyone know what fruits or vegetables have magnesium?

Epson salt, with Magnesium Sulphate, I will check it out, but wish I had a bath tube so I can lay there and soak the salt onto my system.

Fast Track, do any stores around you carry Milk of Magnesia the kind for constipation? I'm sure folks in Peru get constipated, you can take a tablespoon of that every day for a few days and see if it helps......just don't get too far from a bathroom if you do.

Peru? What City? I have visited three times...Lima, Cusco (of course), Pisac, Puno, Juliaca, Lake Titicaca, and then north to Iquitos and Amazon. Are you American in Peru or Peruvian? I would like to live there...

Thank you Knuckles for that detailed list. As per the milk of Magnesia Debra Frederick, I am sure they have it, but I will see if they have the pills first and if they don't, then I can go with the milk type. Hi HCB, The city is called Arequipa and it is close to Cusco, Puno cities on that region. I am an American living in Peru and the reason I came to live here is for peace and tranquility. I am looking to meet like minded individuals no matter where they live on this planet. They must have the following qualities: Must be Conscious, able to know HOW to think and process their thinking in a logical manner backed up by the facts and reason. Most people will think they are conscious, meaning that they are awake, but the majority are in a waking trance automatically. ALso most people just know WHAT to think, they have not been taught HOW to think. Lastly, most people are not aware of the facts and live their lives as political and financial SLAVES and really believe they are not slaves. If anyone is curious, interested in finding out more, or if you think you posses the qualities I mention before, send me a private message with your email address and we can find out if you are really a slave or not. Hope to hear all whom are ready to know the truth. If you are not ready, then don't PM me.

I forgot to mention that the super rich are the biggest slaves on the planet and they truly think, they are not slave since they enjoy a luxurious life style. They are not aware they keep supporting an OBSOLETE system. Don't take my word for it, since I have the facts to back up that claim. If you are interested , send me a private message with your email address and I will happy to shine the light of truth for you to benefit from.
