Did much better on diet yesterday. Came in a little under the RDI. Have to be patient since I'm not seeing the scale readout going down. At least it didn't go up.

Going to cut the calculated RDI to something like 1600.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 May 2016:
1316 kcal Fat: 42.54g | Prot: 87.77g | Carb: 155.86g.   Breakfast: 2% Fat Milk, Bacon, Brown Sugar, Oatmeal with Fruit, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Bell Peppers, Zucchini, Schwan's Turkey Mignon. Dinner: Jell-O Fruit Passions - Pineapple in Tropical Fusion Gelatin, Publix Garden Pasta Salad, Cucumber Salad with Creamy Dressing, Gardenburger BBQ Riblets. Snacks/Other: Schwan's Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream Miniatures, Navels Oranges, Dr. Pepper Diet Dr Pepper (16 oz), Coffee with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener (Dry Instant Powder). more...

Sometimes it takes a few days for the scale to catch up! Many of us have found a better, more immediate gauge of progress is how our clothes fit. Keep at it!

Hi and thanx pandasmom, yes I know that sometimes fat shrinks while LBs stay the same. I've been on this plateau for a while with little or no progress with either measurement. Need persistence with patients, what else?....
