It's a good drop and I'm anticipating a gain next morning since I'm eating normally today.

It was kinda funny how full I was after eating my patty pan squash and artichokes last night. Fresh from the garden and I felt like I waddled to bed. I didn't get anywhere close to my 500 kcal yesterday, but I was so full I didn't want to eat anymore. :)
152.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
