overate again yesterday at my in laws. wasn't very proud of myself. but then felt the urge to do it again last night and resisted it, which is good because i feel fine this morning. even baby steps will get me to my goal. doesn't have to be all or nothing. i am making progress, or at least occasionally breaking the cycle.
104.7 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
