Thmsvllteresa's Journal, 24 May 2016

I haven't been on here In awhile. I haven't been doing well. Eating has been whatever...not tracking...Marital problems...withdrawal from prednisone has me extremely tired...I haven't weighed lately...I plan on weighing tomorrow.

I know THIS TOO SHALL PASS!

Not giving up even though it is a struggle.

ONE DAY AT A TIME!

Blessing to all Fatsecreters. Praising God because He is getting me through this dark time. He will do it.

Thank you all supporters that are getting me through it as well.

I'm not sure when it will get better. I just have faith it will. Thanks again.

Don't ever give up, gorgeous! I know you can do it, you just gotta let God in, and the rest will be like a walk in the park. Life goes on, you'll be okay soon. One of my favourite quotes goes like "Lying in the gutter, aiming for the moon, trynna empty out the ocean with a spoon." It may seem impossible like that, but you will get it together and you will get through. Lots and lots of love and support. xo's ♥

Like you say: One day at a time. That is my life's motto. Don't be too hard on yourself. All the best.

Thanks Go Sox and nayta. It is possible. We got to keep trying. Faith is the things hoped for but not seen yet. The struggle is real. I am encouraged by so many who haven't given up that keep trying. ONE DAY AY A TIME!

Prednisone is a hard drug to be on, emotionally, physically, and when trying to lose weight. I had a family member on it for over 2 years. It was rough, but the prednisone cured his disease. It took time for him to recover from the medication. But, he did recover, he lost the weight he wanted to, and now feels great. You will feel better.

Hang in there. One day at a time, try to take on one issue at a time if possible.
