How long do you stick with a plan in order to know it "works for you"?

For me, I like to give anything 3 to 4 weeks. I've been doing IF for 6 weeks and it feels like I own it now. It's not a diet anymore for me now. Feels like a new pattern of living. Good luck.

What plan are you following? -2.2 is a good result.

Depends on the plan. Assuming you are eating the same carbs and calories every day, and are religiously tracking daily intake and daily scale weight - 7-10 days of data will tell you everything you need to know. Are you religiously logging your daily intake and weight?
