managed to not binge eat yesterday. quite proud of myself. seems i can wait the urge out. a bit disappointed by my weight, but i expect the same tomorrow because i'll be having lunch with my in laws and popcorn at the movies. i'll start eating better tomorrow, but if i do nothing but maintain this weight and stop binge eating, that will be perfect.
105.2 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
