I believe this is likely a correct, glycogen loaded weight. That means I'm down 2 pounds in the last couple few weeks. This was after 2 days at maintenance. The low cycle days are today (2200 cals) and will be Tuesday for the lowest day (1100). 3 days maintenance out of 5.



187.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh, and doing well. Two days off in a row! The sun is even shining and I have a couple of good books to read. Lazy days.

Bill. I'm 5' 11". I'd like to be 6' 2". Short of cowboy boots, that's not happening either. (And that's not happening either.) I don't want to get smaller though. Not sure I can avoid that one over an extended period of time.
