Ok so this is the first Sat of my "diet" and things have not gone as planned. Not gone badly but I didnt get the chance to eat the oatmeal that I had planned for breakfast, I did eat my sandwich and a few of my green peppers and dip and my pear, so not all is lost! I havent exercised yet but it will happen with all the drama going on around here I need something to work it out! I intend to make up some turkey sausage paties and make some egg white breakfast muffins for dinner we shall see LOL. Everyday is a blessing dont forget to tell the ones you love I LOVE YOU (including yourself)!!!

Don't give up! Keep chugging along every day and little by little you will see the changes. Also don't forget, a "diet" is temporary and something you can always quit, instead, call it a "Lifestyle change" and make it something you stick with forever. When you stop a diet, the weight always comes back, so commit to the lifestyle change and not only will you see the difference, you will LIVE it!
