success. i ate out lunch and pretty much stuck to plan. had one large prawn no bread 1/2 portion of roasted potatoes and the entire small portion of coleslaw. took the rest home for hubby to have for lunch. shopped for my wedding attire. went directly to the store and bought my order for the week. i walked a lot extra today. to and from a garage sale twice! and extra on my usual morning walk. was too tired to walk dogs tonite. i'm exhausted but managing to stay on track. have to work tomorrow. meals planned and recorded. breakfast prepared and ready to go. have to work in a.m. and do chores when i get home laundry music study etc. but then i can "relax a little. time to get ready for bed! time will go by no matter what! we might as well be losing weight! an energy investment in the future!
