So, I had a good solid weight drop first 2 weeks, stalled a little this week and as I'm finishing up this 3rd week, I my weight is heading back down again. Happy with progress. Everything is going as I expected it to go. Now that the summer weather is here, I will be out in the ocean, rivers and lakes burning up the calories. I love the water sports. I will be taking up surfing this year as well as my other activities. All I have to do is stay on track with my eating habits. What is different about this year. Simple, my attitude to win! I nearly met my goal last year but this year I know what my failures were and I'm not going to let that get in the way this year. I am disciplined, motivated and driven. Charlie Mike!!
