went to an award ceremony with a buffet dinner and ate WAY too much. so not surprised by this. i really need to stop binging :( wish i knew how. i need to make a plan.
104.5 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 5.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just look how far you have come you are doing great. I am just beginning. When we have potlucks I try and grab just the fruit, veggies and cold cuts and try and steer clear of sweets. Don't beat yourself up hang in there. I used to be at 150your just last year on my wedding day and packed on almost 30lbs since. I worked every day now since we bought a house it seems as if I have no time and now its that much harder to lose it again. I feel tired all the time and disgusted witj myself. Hopefully by seeing results such as yours it will give me hope once again
