For 10/13/11 Journal #2 1. How do you think you did today following your RDI and MyPlate recommendations? I think i did better than yesterday in these recommendations. I cut out the chicken patty and fries for lunch with a turkey sandwich. I still think I can improve with my fruits and vegetables with eating more of them.
2. Where and when do you think you have a hard time eating well and following recommendations? i had a hard time when I am bored. I usually snack a little after the time I get home from school. I just eat whatever is in the cabinet, and i usually go back for more because im still bored.
3. Where and when do you think you do well eating right and following your recommendations? I did well today at lunch because i packed. The school lunches do not really fill me, so I usually get a snack if I buy. With a packed lunch i get a more variety of foods, and there is more to choose from.
