For 10/14/11 Journal #3 1. How do you think you did today following your RDI and MyPlate recommendations? I do not think i did very well. I had a very unhealthy dinner with piiza hut, but everything in moderation. I also did not have any vegetables today which is bad.
2. Where and when do you think you have a hard time eating well and following recommendations? I had a hard time at dinner because there was really nothing healthy to choose from.
3. Where and when do you think you do well eating right and following your recommendations? I did best at lunch today again because i packed and was full when I was finished eating.
