1. How do you think you did today following your RDI and MyPlate recommendations?
I think i did pretty well on my RDI and MyPlate. I think I have a hard time cutting back on the "bad" carbohydrates. I do not eat enough good carbohydrates, and the bad ones just bring me down. When they bring me down, i always get lazy. I also have to eat more fruits and vegetables, and not just one fruit or one vegetable a day.


2. Where and when do you think you have a hard time eating well and following recommendations?
I have a hard time during lunch in the cafeteria. There is so much tasty food that i know is bad for me, but i cannot resist. these foods include fries, cokies, and lots of food at the snack bar.

3. Where and when do you think you do well eating right and following your recommendations?
I do well at dinner time because everything i need to have a balanced meal is right in front of me. i dont have to worry about getting a meat or a vegetable because it is already there.
