So today marks my last day of the Beachbody Master's Hammer and Chisel 60 day program :-) 6 days a week except for Vegas and a trip home. All in great exercise. I didn't stick w the meal plan but did my best and charted every single day in my notebook except for last two. On to a 30 day program Body Beast. Still going to log weigh and measure ;-) thanks for all the support!

I want to know how you like this. My girlfriend is a BB coach and she told me I should try this one or the new Tony Horton one. I am really curious to know how you liked it and how your results were.

I dropped my weight before doing the program so I didn't aim to lose weight w it but gain muscle. I've stayed the same weight but lost inches and sculpted my arms back and legs. I liked it enough to keep doing it for 69 days. :-) I like Sagi. I wish they'd take regular people who aren't buff and record sessions everyday for 60 so the at home people can see their transformations. That'd be great. I don't really want to see fitness level models or athletes working at my beginner level but I did it and glad I did.

I bought the Body Beast, and never tried it, as it was when I hurt my knee. It looks very good! Just be careful how you signed up, they try and sign you up for tons of add ons.

Warren I try it tomorrow 41min circuit workout. "Targets every muscle group in a single, sweat-drenched" session. Lol. Bring it on :-) I bought mine on Amazon but they give u a coach and I really didn't need anything bc I wasn't going to buy anything extra. But he does pop in and ask how I'm doing and he's offered to train me nutrition wise to get the results I want but I'm good. Pop in the video and try it Warren.

Misty, I just didn't realize how many things I signed up for, and spent a lot of time on the phone getting it straight. I hope it works well for you. It looks like a powerful set of workouts. It will get you results.
