Happy Thursday! Another beautiful rainy day is here. Tomorrow is weigh in- and I'm hoping to see better than 213.4! Still working on knocking out this head cold! Drinking water - shooting for 16 cups or at least 8 cups per day. Adding apples. Anything I can think of to kick this cold to the curb! :)
