I've kept a written record of daily weigh-in's over the past year and I'll take an average of every 50 days. I find that it helps keep me focused on the big picture. I haven't thought about every 7 days...

KP, you do realize that amount of weight is about an 8oz. Glass of water right? Its most likely just that. A Bit of water hanging on. I would really not worry about it.

No use making a mountain out of a mole hill. I'm fighting water weight right now as well. I know it isn't fat because I haven't broken 2200 calories in months. But my weight hasn't dropped at all this week. Not even stressing on it.
