Okay, 6 hours of sleep make me crazy for calories. Got so busy running errands before the Spin-In that I didn't get a chance to eat dinner, so I bought a small almond-chocolate milk while away, and had an avocado once I got home. Yeah, 1921 calories today, and I don't care: I needed food!
The 4-Ingredient Keto Cookies, my go-to travelling fat bomb, are now reduced to small clumps and many crumbs, so tomorrow will be "Eating Clumps and Crumbs Day", and Sunday will be Bake Cookies Day. The co-op had a savory -- and pungently delish -- sprouted flax snack on sale for 99 cents, so I grabbed it, planning to smash it into very small pieces and sub out some of the sesame seeds with it. Just the experimentation fun I like!
Uh-oh: the tiredness just hit me. Gonna practice my typing and go to bed. Deep sleeping for insured!
