Lift day today with trainer! Excited but still sore. I gave him a heads up on the training I did this week. We have to work around my sore back and calves.
Also Shoutout: This weekend is Motherday's Day Weekend and Happy Mother's Day to all the moms out there. We are very lucky to have awesome Moms that make us better people. Also not to mention Moms are our best friends and will always have out back! Cannot wait to visit my mom this weekend :)
My mom's birthday is the day after mother's day. So I have a birthday cheesecake for her which chocolate drizzle etc. I hate to say it- but I got a cake/cheese cake so we can have best of both worlds. The bottom layer is chocolate cake and the top layer is NY style cheese cake with melted chocolate drizzle. I plan to only eat the cheese cake part (sorry I became pretty crazy about avoiding all grains and I am taking it seriously on holidays too) But I plan to splurge a little. I will eat the cheesecake part of the cake as a treat- I will eat my bacon and eggs and sausage at the brunch. Even though its a holiday- I will still avoid any grains- like pancakes-french toast- etc
My treat will be so wine and champagne.
Goals for the weekend: -Only eat the cheese cake part -Stick to a Paleo Holiday- No grains no matter what -Treat myself with some wine/champagne -Cardio both Saturday & Sunday -Walk the dogs for 1 hour atleast both days -Fast 14 hours- 10 hour eating window -relax

Wine and champagne are the best indulgences. I'm sure there's some health benefits to them too.... somewhere.... haha

Oh my goodness yes Rguarino. I had a few really low carb days and then had champagne and I contemplated going to the hospital the next day, the hangover was so bad. Beware drinking too much champagne.
