My diet is on hold for the weekend- I am going down south to pick up my grandson and bring him back to York to see the Flying Scotsman. It's a steam train that held the world record lots of years ago and now put back into service for day trips etc, so we are going to have a great weekend and the dieting will resume on Monday.
