Ahhh. A break from the stress following a 12 hour day yesterday, working late on Monday, and hours over the weekend. Bowling is over, too, and I am grateful. As the summer chores start to kick in and the desire to move pushes forward - I will be too busy to bowl every week. Got $100 for my payout, so I can't complain about that!

I did have a hard time at the bowling potluck last night. Too many bad choices available - hot wings, korean meatballs, sliders, KFC, even the fruit was disguised in whipped cream. It was hard. I settled on a chili of questionable calories, a chicken thigh, and fruit. At least I was good at breakfast and lunch.

Better choices today. I will recover and eat well and let yesterday go.
