thanks. when i started this journey i was at 210. i am currently at 182. aug 6th is my sons wedding. i'd love to be down at least another 20 by then. but it's coming off slowly which is fine. so i might not quite be there, but i will be healhier. i haven't been this low since i was in my early 20's and i celebrate my 60th in december. so i am truly geeked.
