Managed to keep carbs right around 25 for 4 out of 5 days. Also got up to my target of 30 min minimum walking. Need to add some strength training next week (on a regular basis -- can't count moving hay bales since I don't do that on a regular basis.)

Moving hay bales definitely counts! Anything that makes you sweaty and tired counts.

Thank, erikahollister. I know moving hay bales count, it's just hard to qualitfy. Some days I have to move full bales from the stack to where I can more easily distribute them, other days I just have to move half-bales to actually feed the horses. Plus the bales weigh from 35 to 50 lbs. So I have chosen to just not count it, but let its effect be a little bonus in the calorie output field. (Hmmm, I wonder if I could tell my hay man I need the hay more evenly baled so I can better count the calories! lol)
