Holding at 175...eating intuitively and walking everyday! I am covering my hour walk in about 45 minutes now...so I will need to go a further distance. Pain in hips has improved and just about over whatever was going around...EXTREMELY BUSY, trying to get ready for Disneyland trip, grand daughter's birthday today, my sister is in town (YES! Help with DAD!!!! )and life as usual! Have a great day everyone.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
