My food choices sucked big time yesterday...the worst of the worst...it was mindless, gobbling...not a true hunger but more of a stress or tension eating. I was incredibly tired and fighting this cough that seems to have gone from dry to more productive and its more in my chest now... I am still walking this morning as my hips and back seems better. I slept rather well last night. I am not going to let yesterday's poor food choices weigh heavily on my mind. Today is a new day and I am going to make the most of it! Have a great day everyone!

It is amazing what a difference a good nights sleep makes. We all have bad food days, I'm glad it is not getting you down.

I do the same thing when I don't feel well, as if the problem was food. The other day I had a slight headache and kept thinking I needed to eat. Finally took a painkiller and once the pain stopped I realized I didn't need to eat, it was just the pain.

sleep cycle is a very good tracker for how you sleep every night (quality and quantity) and following this can help you to observe just how your sleep affects your body from eating to stress to whatever...this is a HUGE part of our weight loss capacity, so maybe follow this and you will be able to anticipate your down days and take some action to get yourself happy and feeling taken care of?
