I am not really on Atkins but I couldn't figure out how to change the diet, I am on an amylose free and basically no carb diet, except in veggies. So far I feel fantastic, I have been on the Met ER 1 week and the provera 7 days and I now take a multi vitamin every day, I saw a 6 lb loss this week which is more then I lost on 4 weeks of weight watchers, which I gained back anyway. I slipped up and smoked last week and this week I am determined not to. I am also going to start working out 30 min a day this week and see if it impacts anything as weel:)

Cutting out carbs is never a bad thing. Congratulations on the smoking thing. Something to consider. I know that you said that you really aren't on Atkins, but the main reason why Atkins advocates 20 net carbs is fiber. It stops constipation and expedites weightloss. You are really low on veggies & fiber. If you have trouble loosing, look there first.
